Hi – I’m Wendy Steele – I’m a qualified Life Coach & ILM5 professional Business Coach -Mentor. I’m also a mentor on the HELP TO GROW. GOV.UK scheme to help small businesses in the UK.

Developing a coaching culture top to bottom, where you ask and don’t tell, empower all members of the team to want to contribute, participate and grow for themselves and the business.
By defining your core beliefs and values, your self-limiting blocks and answering questions honestly like… ‘Am I good enough? ’ You can gain tremendous clarity on where you are NOW and where you want to be in the FUTURE. This directly impacts your clarity on your business.
When you build strong foundations with conviction, what your vison is, what your mission statement is and what your values are – you can then express that effectively and efficiently to staff, customers and online, unlocking your potential as well as your businesses with clarity.
Not all business coaches coach the same way- my clients say my style is “patient, understanding, non-judgemental and adaptive to what you need as a client”. (that includes neurodiversity) My style is “simple, straight to the point and makes you feel supported”.
My mix of qualifications is different to most other business coaches. My crossover from personal transformation coaching to business coaching covers all aspects of the person IN the business. My business clients come to me for coaching the balance between the two.
I’m an excellent listener. That’s not me saying that, it’s my clients! I don’t do advice, I coach and the two are very different. I believe you have all the answers, it’s my job to coach you to ask yourself the right questions and support you find a solution that fits you.
