Having been self employed for nearly 2 decades now, I am well versed in what it takes to get a new business up and running and keep expanding its reach over time. Resilience, longevity, authenticity and work – life balance are all key factors to her success. I’ve worked in many front of house roles since 16 years old – around customer care, accountancy management, logistics, credit control, event planning and membership manager & administrator.
I have helped several small businesses to launch kick arse strategies for success – implementing accounts software, reorganisation of departmental strategy, bookkeeping and got involved in design and marketing. Delivering projects on time and to a high standard of detail for enhanced customer satisfaction.

I know a thing or two about stress and balancing your time, energy and emotional reserves I am also a Single, divorced Adopter to a SEN child and its not always been plain sailing, never easy and always challenging!
So I also help other parents navigate the SEN EHCP system in the Southwest UK and I am an SEN Consultant, using my 10 years of experience fighting for the correct education for my child to help theirs.

Over the last 20 years I have run my own businesses and help start, set up or iterate others by helping in all SME key areas like start up marketing, design, accounts, bookkeeping, social media, business planning and administration. As well as being a front of house membership manager and a performer so I have years of experience in public speaking, teaching and delivering a powerful performance that holds interest and keeps clients coming back to buy.

Encouragement
I have over 20 years’ experience in a variety of roles within and running SME businesses. Having grown up in a family run business, understanding the unique dynamic of living and working your business day in day out and the challenges that provides when trying to separate out the two personas, so you don’t burn out. I believe that you can balance your family, your career and your passions without losing the love you hold for your business – by having boundaries, being authentic and honest with yourself – you can find something that uniquely works for you. We are all individuals, and this can get lost in the day-to-day stresses of running a business – but it doesn’t have to. But it is about being BOLD and BRAVE to make our own roadmap to our own success regardless of what others tell us we SHOULD or SHOULD NOT do.

I am more than a sound bite or 1 role, like so many people are. But I have tried to make the information you need here clear by separating out each role. I put 1000% into my client sessions whichever area that is.
